Code of Conduct

The Generali Group Code of Conduct - approved by the Board of Directors of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. on December 14, 2012 - is the reference text for doing the right thing by defining the fundamental rules of conduct to be observed by all Group employees, including members of its supervisory and management bodies.

As such, third parties acting on behalf of Europ Assistance (consultants, suppliers, agents, distributors, etc.) are also expected to adhere to and observe the principles set out in this Code, which is why it has been translated into all the languages of the countries in which the Group operates.
The Code of Conduct sets out the minimum standards of behavior that must be observed and provides specific rules of conduct in relation to the promotion of diversity and inclusion, the protection of corporate assets and data, the prevention of conflicts of interest, the fight against bribery and corruption, the management of financial information and insider trading, money laundering, the financing of terrorism and international sanctions.
