  • Occupational Health and Safety Policy

    The Management ofGRUPO EUROP ASSISTANCE ESPAÑA, as a company dedicated to the assistance and care of people, is aware of the importance of achieving the highest level of safety and health at work for the people who work in our organization. To this end, it assumes the following commitments:

    Commitments

    • To lead the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, promoting its continuous improvement.
    • Identify and eliminate hazards, or if necessary, evaluate those risks that could not be avoided and that may cause injuries and illnesses to employees.
    • Integrate Health and Safety at all hierarchical levels and in all activities of the company, so that all the people who make up the company assume their responsibilities in this area.
    • Establish goals and objectives in Health and Safety, consistent with this Policy, providing them with resources and establishing an adequate planning for their achievement.
    • Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of injuries and deterioration of health, appropriate to the purpose, size, context, nature of the risks and opportunities for improvement.
    • Comply with legal requirements and with the requirements established by the interested parties in this matter, trying to anticipate their compliance.
    • Improve employee competencies in Occupational Health and Safety through sufficient and appropriate training and information to promote and ensure positive behavioral behaviors and safe workplaces.
    • To consult and promote participation in Health and Safety issues by employees and/or their representatives, in order to achieve a safe and healthy environment.

    This policy is approved by the Management, communicated to all Company employees for their understanding and application, and is available for consultation on the Company's website for them and interested external parties.
